Wellbeing Wednesday
29th Nov 2023
Here in Scoil Mhuire CBS, the last Wednesday of each month has been designated a Wellbeing Wednesday, whereby the entire school community engages in an activity designed to lift the mood, enjoy the present, and take a break from our regular classroom routines.
November's Wellbeing Wednesday took inspiration from the Late Late Toy Show as all of our pupils were invited to bring in their favourite toys to present to their classmates.
As you're aware, no Toy Show would be complete without the very talented child performers, and in Scoil Mhuire we have talent in abundance! There were magic tricks, hurling skills, banjos, ukuleles, tin whistles, a trumpet, and even the occasional dance routine performed in classrooms throughout the school.
If any members of the school community would like to get involved in future Wellbeing Wednesday activities, feel free to get in touch with our Student Council or the Wellbeing Committee.
