The second ever EREBB Global Congress took place in Ireland this week, with delegates from around the world arriving in Dublin to discuss education in the Edmund Rice tradition, with a focus on sustainable development goals and advocating for those who are marginalised. In Scoil Mhuire we are proud to be part of this global network of over 280 schools in more than 20 countries.
Over the past few months, our Student Council has been learning from and working with the Student Councils of other ERST primary schools. We were delighted to be invited - alongside our friends in Blarney Street CBS - to sit on an EREBB discussion panel about student leadership at primary level.
Our Student Council members prepared thorough presentations and spoke eloquently about their work as a Council and the importance of student voice. Well done to all involved!
